This plugin enables actors to be able to use skills and/or items that have skill stealing properties to acquire new skills from enemies, permanently or temporarily. Only certain types of skills can be stolen. Only one skill is stolen at a time.

Features include all (but not limited to) the following:

• Give items and/or skills unique properties skill stealing.
• When used on enemies that have skills that can be stolen, the actor will learn one of those skills, either permanently or temporarily.
• Notetags to determine if the stolen skills acquired are permanent or temporary, their success rate, and what classes can steal those skills.
• Those using other VisuStella MZ plugins will have extended features that display positive feedback effects to confirm the acquisition of the stolen skills.
